Meet Cynthia
Cynthia Harris is on a mission to help nonprofit leaders reimagine recruitment.
She is the Founder of Heart Talent, the only business in Australia supporting the NFP sector with flexible solutions across recruitment, consulting and advisory, talent attraction and employer brand.
Cynthia has deep expertise in talent attraction and recruitment, having managed more than 1,000 searches, recruitment campaigns and selection processes across Australia and the UK, with a 96% placement success rate.
Beyond recruitment, Cynthia consults to organisations; supporting leaders and people teams to understand and showcase their employer brand; articulate their employee value proposition and uncover and tell compelling employee stories to drive talent attraction, retention outcomes.
Cynthia spent her early working life in corporate communications before finding her dream job in recruitment in 2005. She is known for her honest, straightforward style and high care for doing work with impact.
